    How to join

    Works on Java and Bedrock. You only need Minecraft itself, no mods or launcher.

      Open Multiplayer

      Start Minecraft 1.20.4 or newer and choose Multiplayer, then Add Server.

      Server name: anything you like. Address:

      Join

      You spawn next to the lantern tower. Follow the lit path up and pick where you want to go first.

    Six ways to play

    One survival world for the whole season and five minigames next to it. Same account, same friends list.

    • Hearthlands

      Our main survival world. You claim land by placing a lantern.

      About 4 months, with land claims and player shops.

    • Sky Isles

      You start on one grass block in the sky and turn it into a farm.

      Alone or with up to three friends.

    • Lantern Run

      Parkour courses between the islands. Light every lantern on the way.

      40 courses so far, twelve of them new in October.

    • Moth Hunt

      Hide and seek in a dark forest. Hiders are glowing moths, seekers carry the only lamps.

      8 to 16 players, 5 minute rounds.

    • Ironbell Arena

      Team fights in an iron ring. Everyone gets the same kit.

      2v2 and 4v4, ranked.

    • Creative Plots

      A 64 by 64 plot with every block and WorldEdit.

    FAQ

    Is it free to play?

    Yes, every mode and every island. The store only sells cosmetics and small conveniences like extra homes.

    Which versions work?

    Java 1.20.4 up to the newest 1.21 release, and the current Bedrock version on phones, consoles and Windows.

    Is there an age limit?

    No age limit, but chat is filtered and moderated. Voice in the Discord is 13 and up, as Discord's own rules say.

    Will my survival builds be reset?

    Hearthlands keeps your land for the whole season, about four months. Before a reset you can download your builds as a world file.

    How do I report a cheater?

    Type /report with their name in game. A staff member sees it with a short replay and answers in the Discord.
